Opening Hours

1. Join me for a two-hour live online masterclass where I’ll show you how to tuft with a Danella needle.

2. Follow along from home, ask questions as we go, and see the technique up close before you try it yourself. The masterclass is relaxed, practical, and completely beginner-friendly.

3. I’ll introduce you to the frame, fabric, yarn, and Danella needle I use. You’ll learn how the needle works, how to use it with confidence, and which common beginner mistakes to avoid before they become frustrating.

4. You do not need any previous tufting experience and you don’t even need to have received your Danella needle yet. Some people enjoy trying the technique straight away, while others prefer to watch, take notes, and get familiar with everything before their needle arrives. Both are completely fine. Choose the approach that works best for you.

5. I’ve been tufting for 11–12 years and teaching Danella needle tufting for the past nine. I taught myself from scratch at a time when hardly anyone was using a Danella needle and the craft had nearly died out, so I made plenty of mistakes along the way. The mistakes I didn’t make myself, I’ve watched many students work through over the years. So if something feels tricky, there’s a very good chance I’ve seen it before.

6. And remember: your first piece does not need to be your most beautiful one. You’ll get to know the needle little by little, and every time you use it, you’ll improve.

7. This is not a masterclass where we all make the same design. Instead, it’s a thorough introduction to everything you need to know about the Danella needle, so you and your new tool can become best friends as quickly as possible.

8. There are only 15 spots available, so I can make sure there is time to answer everyone’s questions.

Tools and materials are not included in the masterclass.
